Bernard Luskin
CEO, Luskin International

Dr. Bernard Luskin was selected by University Business Magazine as one who has had exceptional careers in both education and corporate life. He is also a licensed psychotherapist and ATIXA certified Civil Rights/Title IX and Civil Rights Investigator. Dr. Luskin holds degrees in business and a UCLA doctorate in education and technology.

A former college and university president, Luskin has been president of Orange Coast College, founding president of Coastline Community College, including KOCE TV in Orange County, California and founding chancellor of Jones International University, the first accredited, fully web-based university and founding CEO of Touro University Worldwide. He continues as director of the W. K. Kellogg Foundation Community College Leadership Legacy Project, served as Executive Vice President and COO of the American Association of Community Colleges and received the Bellweather Award for his leadership in community colleges. He has taught at UCLA, USC, Claremont Graduate University, Pepperdine University, Touro University, California State Universities at Fullerton and Los Angeles, and other colleges and universities. While at Fielding Graduate University he launched the first Ph.D. program in media psychology and with UCLA he launched the MA degree program in Media Psychology and Social Change. He served on the Accrediting Commission for Collegiate Schools of Business and as founding chair and board member of HiTechHi, L.A., a California Distinguished Charter School.

Bernie Luskin has been president and CEO of major divisions of Fortune 50 and 500 companies, including Philips Interactive Media, PolyGram New Media, Philips Education and Reference Publishing and Jones International, including Mind Extension University, Knowledge TV, and Jones Education Networks. He has authored 10 best-selling books on economics, technology and education and produced award-winning television series and CDs. While president of Philips Interactive Media, Luskin partnered Philips with Paramount Studios to produce the first 50 movies in MPEG format CD, leading to DVD. He is credited with spearheading breakthroughs in many areas of interactive technology including the world’s first interactive CD programs such as Sesame Street, Grolier's and Compton's Encyclopedias and the first interactive mystery movie, Voyeur, starring Robert Culp.

Luskin received two Emmys, distinguished leadership and alumni awards from the UCLA Doctoral Alumni Association, California State University at Los Angeles and The University of Florida. He also received lifetime achievement awards from the Irish Government and the European Union for his contributions to education and digital media. Luskin is the recipient of the 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to Media Psychology from the American Psychological Association and is past President of the The Society of Media Psychology and Technology, the Media Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association. He publishes a regular column for Psychology Today Magazine titled, The Media Psychology Effect. Luskin served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Norton Sound, AVM-1, the world’s first nuclear guided missile ship.

Rick Post
Executive Vice President, Luskin International

Richard (Rick) Post, JD., is a certified Civil Rights/Title IX Investigator and supervisor of investigations for LuskinTitleIXServices.com. He is also currently the Vice Chancellor of Educational Services and Institutional Effectiveness at the Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD) and the district’s Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) and District Title IX coordinator. Rick also has experience as Executive Director of the West Hills Community College District Foundation, Vice President of Academic Affairs for Cerro Coso Community College, Bakersfield College of the Kern Community College District and Oxnard College of the Ventura County Community College District. Rick taught Business Law, Economics, and other business-related courses for CSU, Chapman University and community colleges. He is a former Dean of Applied Science and Business, Dean of Resource Development and Director of Career and Technical Education and was the bond coordinator for College of the Desert’s successful $345 million Measure B. A member of the California State Bar Association since 1983, Post was Commissioner for the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians Gaming Commission and was Chairman of the Board of the East Valley Tourist Development Authority. Rick Post is a graduate of College of the Desert, earned his BS and MBA degrees from CSU Hayward, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of La Verne, College of Law. Post served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.



Toni Thomas Luskin, Ph.D.

A specialist in media psychology, media literacy and social media, Dr. Toni Luskin is experienced in the strategic planning and creation of dynamic online undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degree programs. .  Her expertise includes curriculum development and implementation, and the successful training and management of faculty teaching in virtual environments.  She has participated in program compliance with WASC and other regional accreditation compliances.  Toni is skilled at creating and teaching compelling online undergraduate and graduate level courses and programs, and coordinating and supervising faculty and subject matter experts. The author of articles related to media and technology, she is the co-author author of Casting the ‘Net Over Global Learning, published in late 2003. 

Dr. Luskin is an experienced media producer; writer and on-camera host whose credits include programs for such organizations as the BBC, American Public Television, various cable television networks and numerous private interests.  She holds a commercial pilot’s license and served in Los Angeles as the “Eye In The Sky” delivering traffic, weather and news reports.

Toni Luskin has served on the board of directors of The American Film Institute Associates, the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, is a Founder and Patron of the Los Angeles Opera and participates in activities of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. She is an avid horsewoman who currently competes in the hunter division at horse shows throughout the West Coast circuit.

Dr. Luskin holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human & Organizational Development and a Ph.D. degree in Media Studies from Fielding Graduate University. Toni Luskin is an ATIXA certified Civil Rights/Title IX Investigator. She lives in Moorpark, CA with her husband, Bernie, and has two sons, Ryan and Matteo.





Jack Kushnatsian

Jack Kushnatsian is an experienced, results- oriented technology professional with 14 years of proven experience providing high-level technical support, developing and executing technology systems using emerging technologies. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology, an MBA degree and multiple IT certifications including Microsoft. He previously served as CTO for HighTechHi Los Angeles, a California Distinguished Charter High School and as CTO, Director of Production Services and university-wide Blackboard Administrator for the Touro College and University System. Jack Kushnatsian also served as regional manager for Cal Net, California’s largest managed services provider.

 





Pam Post

Pamela Post, M.A. is an ATIXA certified Civil Rights/Title IX Investigator specializing in K-12 and community college investigations. Pam is an experienced teacher, training professional, college and university instructor and K-12 district administrator. She has worked as a trainer and facilitator with the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE).

Ms. Post was a member of a specialist team of college professors, senior administrators and K-12 specialists from University of California, Riverside, California State University, San Bernardino, RCOE and K-12 school district experts to create and implement a state-wide training program for teachers and administrators in school districts throughout California.

With extensive teaching experience in the California K-12 system, the California Community College and California State University systems, Pam Post became CEO of PRP Consulting that engaged in assessment projects for the Desert Community College District and provided training for several K-12 school districts in curriculum development. Pam has received numerous honors and recognition including the Desert Sands Unified School District’s Teacher of the Year Award. Ms. Post holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science and a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Curriculum.
